Terrible. Duplicate and/or extra charges and no customer service available
Had 2 unauthorized charges immediately after approving one. Its impossible to get hold of anyone so Ill never get it back. Had to shut off my card to avoid further charges

Unexpected charhe
- - Subscribed for $29.99; a $47 workbook charge appeared.
- - The $47 charge was unauthorized; refund was promised but disappeared.
I signed up for a subscription for $29.99. The next day I noticed an extra charge for $47.00.
I contacted the app and was told that was for a workbook. I never authorized this transaction and told them this. They said they would refund my money and I saw the refund pending.
The next day the refund was gone and I was still charged the $47.00. Now I have to dispute this through my bank.

I was ripped off.
- - They use a big discount to obtain your credit card number and keep charging.
- - They won't refund when you realize the scheme.
They play the game of big discount to get your credit card number. You think you purchased a one-time deal.
Then they continue charging your credit card an outrageous amount. Then, when you catch up on their scheme, they will not refund you.
